It's official- I need to stop fangirling over multiple canons.
This all started when I realized that The Geek from The Adventures of Sam and Max: Freelance Police was voiced by the original voice of Sailor Moon, Tracey Moore. So, I had this "wonderful idea" to draw her in a Sailor Suit. The next thing I knew, I was wandering through the Sam and Max rogues gallery and deciding which villains would work well in a Magical Girl story. (I decided on Jurgen, Girl Stinky, Skun-k'ape, Papierwaite and Sammun-mak, by the way. ) Finally, I realized that The Geek needed teammates, and frankly, there just aren't that many females in the series as a whole.
(Sybil and Momma Bosco are way out since I was thinking more of a 'mentor' position for them.)
I had so much fun sketching this, though. Jurgen came out great (I just had to go with the goth outfit since the 1900's suit was so un-villain-like.) I had to re-design Girl Stinky, since, again, her regular outfit is not suited for a Magical Girl villain. Haven't gotten around to anyone else yet, and The Geek's wand is still in the vague nebulous "I have no idea what to draw here" stage. I just hope my muse sticks around long enough for me to finish this.

Ya know, oddly enough, I had an idea last night that involved Sam and Max with a magical girl idea, but my idea involves my oc, Jackie, as a type of magical girl based on either CardCaptors Sakura, Sailor Moon and/or Pretty Cure. I like your idea of the female characters of Sam and Max being heroines!
And BTW, I think Sailor Uranus and Neptune are the second oldest of the scouts, plus Pluto since she's the guardian of time, but I think it's alright if adult women can be magical girls. Heck, there's a bunch of super heroines who're in their 20's!
