Outside

I haven't posted any art lately owing to the fact that I got all four wisdom teeth out last week and to say things have been hectic would be an understatement. So, I did a few (largely unrelated to anything) doodles.

This was basically just me trying to get back in the swing of things, so I did a quick doodle of something that had crossed my mind a few weeks back. I feel like FusionFall!Dexter has a lot in common with Dr. K from Power Rangers RPM, even down to possibly having some guilt issues over kind of helping to start the massive invasion that starts the game off. So, based on that, and 's story A Time for Heroes with Dexter turning into a near complete recluse, only going out with armed guards, I couldn't help thinking of the RPM episode If Venjix Won where Doctor K voluntarily agrees to go outside with Ziggy, only to end up with both of them stuck in a cave when Ziggy's teleportation powers go awry. The specific scene this is from is here: [link] I totally don't ship Dexter and Ben, but I could believably see Dexter wanting to do something outside the lab on his birthday and getting them both in serious trouble.
